ＡＤＲ発足

　境界や慰藉料などでもめて、裁判せざるを得ない、

しかし、裁判は時間がかかってはかばかしい解決につながらない、

と悩んでいる人が多い。

　調停や訴を提起してから、一回目の期日が入るのは、

だいたい一ヶ月後である。

そして、次回期日も約一ヶ月後、証人尋問の期日などは

二ヶ月後というのが通常である。

最近では、裁判所も促進に努力して予め三・四回分の期日

を指定して審理計画を立てる事件もあるが、

裁判官自身一人で何百件もの事件を控えているので、

促進といっても、大幅に裁判官を増員でもしない限り限度がある。

　そんな現状で、仙台弁護士会は、紛争解決支援センターをこの四月から立ち上げる。

　弁護士と各種専門家、例えば建築紛争なら建築士、医事紛争なら医者、などが協

力して紛争解決のため斡旋をする制度である。

　すでに、東京や岡山などで始めているが、なかなか好評のようである。

私も早速支援センターを利用するつもりでいるし、また、斡旋員も引き受けたいと

思っている。支援センターが押すな押すなの行列で、裁判所が閑散となる、なんて

ことにはならないと思うけど……
